Medicaid Enrollment Assistance for the Aged, Blind and Disabled

Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will have facilitated enrollers trained by NY State Department of Health to assist adults and children who are blind or disabled, and anyone over the age of 65 enroll in the Medicaid programs they are eligible for at this time.
