Luxury Gowanus Canal-Side Apartment Building Now Taking Leases

The luxury development on the Gowanus waterfront is now taking lease applications.

GOWANUS, BROOKLYN — A large luxury development on the Gowanus waterfront is now taking leases for apartments in a building with a rooftop pool, shuffleboard and a yoga studio.

Prices start at nearly $2,500 for a studio and run up to about $5,500 for a two-bedroom apartment in the glittering building at 363 Bond St.

The building is part of a two-building complex on the corner of First and Bond streets. Both buildings were originally part of a project by Lightstone Group, but Lightstone sold 363 Bond St. to Atlantic Reality Development.
