Driver at Complete Stop in the Left Lane of LIE Charged with Drunk Driving

A Hauppauge woman who police said was speeding on Townline Road in Hauppauge last Wednesday was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
According to police, Elysa Shatoff, 54, was driving a 2010 Mercedes Benz      at 12:20 a.m. when police said she was speeding and unable to stay in her     lane. Police charged Shatoff with first-offense driving while intoxicated, a       misdemeanor.Â
A Mt. Sinai man who police said was at a complete stop in the left lane of the Long Island Expressway at 4 a.m. was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Police said Ian Plasynski, 30, was at exit 57 in Hauppauge in a 2013 Ford      Sedan, stopped with the engine running. Police then arrested and charged      him with misdemeanor, first offense driving while intoxicated.
