3 Teens Broke Into, Stole From Nassau Deli: Police
Police say the teens threw rocks through the front window, then stole from the store.

HICKSVILLE, NY — Three teens were arrested Friday and charged with breaking into and stealing from a Hicksville deli, Nassau County police said.
According to police, officers responded to a call to Deli NY, located at 18 Newbridge Road, at 3:55 p.m. on June 3. They were told that three teens were seen throwing rocks at the front window of the store and then stealing merchandise.
Officers later identified and located the teens, and placed them all under arrest without incident.

All three were charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
One teen, a 16-year-old boy, was arraigned on June 4 in First District Court in Hempstead. The other two boys, both 15, were given appearance tickets and are due in Family Court on June 16.
