HICKSVILLE, NY — The transformation of downtown Hicksville is one step closer to reality, as a developer on the project has purchased multiple buildings that will be converted into housing and shops.
Long Island Business News reported that Woodbury-based Questus Capital has purchased a string of buildings at 76, 80 and 82 North Broadway in Hicksville.
