Man Found Slain In Abandoned Nassau Home, Police Say
Police said a man found dead at a New Cassel home was a homicide victim.
NEW CASSEL, NY — A man was found dead inside an abandoned home in New Cassel and police are investigating his death as a homicide. Officers were called to the area of Broadway and Elizabeth Street around 6 p.m. Sunday. There they found the man's body in the rear of the home.
Police described him as a Hispanic man in his 30s. Further details, including how he died and whether police have any suspects, weren't immediately released.
