Police say three more Bay Shore teens were arrested this week in the stabbing of a 17-year-old boy during a fight in Brightwaters.

BRIGHTWATERS, N.Y. — Three additional teenagers have been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 17-year-old boy during a fight in Brightwaters last month, Suffolk County police said.

Third Squad detectives arrested a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy — both from Bay Shore — on Dec. 9, according to Suffolk County police. Each is charged with second-degree gang assault, police said. They were arraigned Tuesday in the Youth Part of First District Court in Central Islip.

Police said detectives also arrested a 15-year-old Bay Shore boy on Wednesday. He is charged with first-degree gang assault and first-degree assault. He is being held overnight at a juvenile facility in Nassau County and is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in the Youth Part of First District Court.
