'Affordable' East Elmhurst Apartments Ask $75K Income
Three new Queens apartments hit the affordable housing lottery, but applicants need to earn at least $75,000 for a chance to live there.

EAST ELMHURST, QUEENS — Three new apartments in Queens have hit the affordable housing lottery, but applicants will need to earn at least $75,000 for a chance to live in them.
The lone available one-bedroom apartment in the new building on Astoria Boulevard in East Elmhurst is asking $2,185 a month, and the two-bedroom apartments will rent for $2,635, city records show.
Households earning up to $150,000 are eligible to apply for the apartments.

The building at 104-22 Astoria Blvd. comes with a laundry room, but it's coin-operated.
