Applications Open For Three 'Affordable' Corona Apartments
The three new apartments are only available to households earning above $51,000 a year.

CORONA, QUEENS — The city is touting three new affordable apartments up for grabs in Corona.
The city is accepting applications for three newly-constructed, affordable units at 57-27 Granger St. A one-bedroom apartment costs $1,490 a month, and the two two-bedroom apartments will rent for $1,801 a month.
The one-bedroom apartment is only available to households earning above $51,000, according to the city, and the two-bedroom apartments are open to households earning at least $61,749 a year.

A five-person household, including children, with combined yearly earnings of up to $146,510 would qualifyfor the two-bedroom apartments.
The application deadline for the apartments is May 17, 2019.
