3 Teens Busted For Brutally Beating 51-Year-Old In Jamaica: NYPD

Two teens are still wanted for the beat down, which happened after the man got into an argument with the group on a bus, police said.

JAMAICA, QUEENS -- A trio of Queens teens were busted for a brutal beatdown that left a 51-year-old man with stitches and a broken arm after he argued with them aboard a bus in Jamaica, police said.

Two 15-year-old boys turned themselves in Tuesday night and another 16-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday morning for the violent beating on Aug. 10, police said. All three were charged with assault.

Cops said the teens attacked the man near Guy R. Brewer Boulevard and Sayres Avenue after he got into a spat with them on the bus that evening.

The group tackled the man and then kicked him repeatedly after he got off the bus to walk home, police said.

He was rushed to North Shore Hospital, where he required surgery for a broken elbow and stitches for the gashes to his face. His body was also badly bruised from the beating.

Two others involved in the assault are still at large, police said. They are estimated to be between 15 and 18 years old.
