Blumenfeld Development Group Renews NY Sports Club Queens Blvd Lease

The Blumenfeld Development Group (BDG) announced that NY Sports Club has extended its lease at their 9901 Queens Boulevard location for another 10 years, beginning in 2024.

Conveniently located near the subway and other public transportation, the 20,000 square foot fully equipped fitness club, serves the Forest Hills and Rego Park communities. NYSC has occupied this location since 2006 and future plans call for a remodeling.
