Dead Man Found In Jamaica On Abandoned School Bus

JAMAICA, QUEENS — Police found a dead man in an abandoned school bus in Jamaica on Friday.

Officers were responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked by 175-41 Liberty Ave. in Queens when they found the man inside it, according to a police spokesperson.

The vehicle in question was a repurposed, short school bus with Virginia plates, according to police.

Emergency responders pronounced the man dead at the scene. The medical examiner's office will determine how he died.
