WATCH: Woman Bites, Robs Cabbie During Fit Of Rage In Queens

The woman planted herself in the driver's seat of the taxi and refused to move after she claimed the driver shortchanged her.

KEW GARDENS HILLS, QUEENS -- A woman who felt shortchanged by her taxi driver decided to even the score by taking a bite out of his arm and stealing his wallet, police said.

Police released video of the woman's bizarre meltdown in Queens, which happened after the 53-year-old cabbie drove her across the borough from Astoria to Kew Gardens Hills the evening of Aug. 5.

All was well as the woman paid the driver for her ride to Kissena Boulevard and 71st Avenue, but she quickly grew enraged after he gave her change that she claimed wasn't the right amount, authorities said.

The woman refused to leave the taxi, and when the driver stepped out of the car to remove her himself, she ran around and sat in the driver's seat, cops said.

That's when video, taken by a concerned motorist, shows the woman chomp down on the cabbie's right arm as he tries to physically pull her from his seat.

She then locked herself in the cab and stole the driver's wallet - filled with $200 cash and several credit cards - before bolting from the car into a nearby apartment complex, cops said.

The cabbie was treated for the bite at a nearby hospital.
