FORT SALONGA, NY — Graduation is a major milestone and deserves to be celebrated! That's why Patch and T-Mobile have teamed up to recognize our community's outstanding 2024 graduates.

She graduated high school at the beginning of the pandemic and didn't have a real graduation. Her first year of college was online and she has had to overcome significant hurdles to get to this point. But she is an overcomer and I am extremely proud of her.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your graduating student nominee?

She has a heart of gold and is working to be an advocate for others as a social worker.
