A dry cleaning distributor recently leased new office space in Copiague, Long Island Business News says.
COPIAGUE, NY — A dry cleaning distributor has leased a building in Copiague, according to a report from Long Island Business News.
The outlet said New Classic Dry Cleaning Distribution Corp. leased a 7,469-square-foot industrial building on .27 acres at 578 Oak St. in Copiague.
According to LIBN, Christopher Cardenas of Tripoint Real Estate represented the tenant while Gary Friedman and Luca Perinuzzi of Schacker Real Estate represented the landlord, 578 Oak St. Associates Inc., in the lease transaction.
