Lindy SEPTA Night at the Cosmos Set for Oct. 20

The Lindenhurst Special Education Parent Teachers Association (SEPTA) will team up with the New York Cosmos for a special night to help raise funds for special needs children in Lindenhurst.

The event will take place Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. at the home of the North American Soccer League-affiliated Cosmos, Shaurt Stadium at Hofstra University in Uniondale.

A portion of ticket sales on the evening will go towards the Lindenhurst SEPTA, which helps provide awareness and funds for special needs education in the district.

The Cosmos will be taking on FC Edmonton that evening, and the Cosmos currently sit atop the Fall standings in the league in first-place.
