Police Report: Robbery on Montauk Hwy., Family Fights

Incidents in Lindenhurst, and North Lindenhurst, between February 21 and 25, plus one from February 6.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and doesn't indicate convictions.

Incidents

  • February 25: Criminal mischief, fourth degree, Sunrise Highway, report indicated, “Intoxicated Hispanic male threw a bottle at complainant’s vehicle.”
  • February 23: Robbery, second, Montauk Highway, report indicated, “Just ‘OCC’ was robbed and injured by four black males.”
  • February 22: Grand larceny, fourth, 36th Street, report indicated, “Ex-boyfriend just stole complainant’s ID and phone.”
  • February 22: Criminal mischief, fourth, West Hoffman Avenue, report indicated, “Just discovered; came in through wall at Secrets 134 advise.”
  • February 21: (Incident type/category wasn’t indicated), North Clinton Avenue, report indicated, “Daughter’s boyfriend beat up daughter and assaulted complainant.”
  • February 21: Harassment, second, South 11th Street, report indicated, “Aunt hit complainant; requesting rescue; her lip is bleeding.”
  • February 21: Harassment, second, Grand Avenue, report indicated, “Seventeen-year-old/sister versus family mother trying to hold down.”
  • February 6 (reported on February 25): Harassment, second, Charles Street.
