Stamp Prices Increasing This Week
United States Postal Service rates are set to change as of Sunday, January 27.

Mailing a letter will cost you a penny more starting on Sunday, January 27, 2013, as the United States Postal Service rate changes go into effect.
Stamp prices will increase one cent, from 45 cents to 46 cents, to mail one-ounce letters, effective January 27. The cost for letters weighing more than one ounce will remain the same - 20 cents for each additional ounce.
Postcard stamps will also see a one-cent increase, from 32 cents to 33 cents. Letters less than one ounce mailed anywhere internationally will cost $1.10.

Those looking to save a bit could stock up on the Forever Stamps (which cost 45 cents until the one-cent increase on January 27). These are usable even after stamp prices increase.
You can pick up your Forever stamps at the Lindenhurst Post Office on East Hoffman Avenue.
