Village's Annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Set for Tuesday

marks the of the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon that took place on September 11, 2001.

It's also been 11 years since Lindenhurst lost eight residents in the WTC attacks: Joseph Angelini, Jr., Joseph Angelini, Sr., Susan M. Clyne, Tara Moore Debek, Geoffrey E. Guja, Gary H. Lee, Catherine Lisa LoGuidice and Laurence Nedell.

To mark the solemn occasion the Lindenhurst Remembers Committee and the Village is an annual  remembrance ceremony on , .

It'll take place at the , at the intersection of Irmisch Avenue and Byrd Street.

The ceremony will be a service of remembrance will begin at 6:30 p.m.
