Wanted: Awesome Holiday Light Displays In Lindenhurst

LINDENHURST, NY — We're on the hunt for the best-decorated houses and neighborhoods in Lindenhurst and nearby communities on Long Island.

For the 2023 holiday season, Patch is putting together a guide to the best light displays and houses across the area. What do we mean? Check out the North Pole Airport in Rockland County, which started small and now is competing on 'The Great Christmas Light Fight'.

What we need from you:

• The general location of the light display including street names, but exact addresses aren't necessary
• The times and days lights are typically on display
• Details about what to expect: radio broadcasts, music, any live Santa appearances
• Any etiquette to know related to driving or walking near the display
