Wyandanch Distributor Leases Former Bus Co. Property In Copiague

COPIAGUE, NY – A Wyandanch-based distributor is leasing a property and warehouse in Copiague to expand services.

The Oil and Lubricant Depot, at 263 Merritt Ave. in Wyandanch, has leased a 64,184-square-foot industrial building on 4.5-acres at 65 Court St. in Copiague, Long Island Business News reports.

Founded in 2011, Oil and Lubricant Depot, which supplies lubricating oils and greases, will use the new facility to expand its warehouse and distribution operations, according to LIBN.

Baumann & Sons Buses previously owned the Copiague site, but the Ronkonkoma-based company closed in 2020 and sold the property to Sitex Group in Englewood, New Jersey.
