Kings Pharmacy East Closes To Merge With Competitor
Transfers operations to Rite Aid at Long Beach Plaza.
Kings Pharmacy East, a longtime Long Beach business, closed its doors this week to merge with a chain competitor.
Kings merged with Rite Aid Pharmacy, at 24 E. Park Ave., in the Long Beach Plaza shopping center, reads a yellow flier posted on the pharmacy's storefront, at 639 E. Park Ave., in the East End.
"I just bought something there yesterday," a passerby told Patch of Kings Pharmacy on Tuesday.
