Skating Camp, Steel Horse in Concert

Here’s what’s happening in Long Beach on Thursday:

• Skating Camp: The Long Beach Ice Arena will hold a figure skating camp with group instruction on all aspects of the sport, for ages 6 and older, on Thursday and Friday.
  
  Beach Tunes: The summer concert series continues with Steel Horse at Neptune Blvd beach on Thursday at 8 p.m.

• Weather: Forecasters are predicting mostly sunny skies and a 10 percent chance of rain in Long Beach on Thursday. The mercury is expected to climb into the low-80s.
