A Subway restaurant is under construction at the former TCBY, the frozen yogurt shop at 655 E. Park Ave. in Long Beach. Workers rebuilding the unit in the East End told Patch unofficially Tuesday that the national sandwich shop is expected to open its doors for business in four weeks.
