• Get Your Fruits and Veggies: The Farmer’s Market is in business every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Kennedy Plaza outside Long Beach City Hall. (The market returns on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.).

• Weather: Forecasters predict sunny skies and a zero percent chance of rain in Long Beach on Wednesday. The mercury is expected to climb into the low-70s.
