Presiding Officer Legislator Norma Gonsalves recently congratulated Eagle Scout Timothy Grgas for achieving scouting’s highest honor.
Grgas' project “The Concert to Benefit the Hungry” promoted a food drive which resulted in more than $1,000 of non-perishable food for the Interfaith Nutrition Network.
Gonsalves said that she admired Grgas' compassion and concern for those in need.
“Timothy represents the very best in our youth," she said. "He is truly our hope for a better tomorrow."
