Group Breaks into Merrick AT&T
Five men stole multiple cellphones from the store early Wednesday morning, police said.

Nassau Police are searching for a group of men they say broke into a Merrick wireless store and stole multiple cellphones Wednesday.
Officers responded to a burglary alarm at 1:21 a.m. at AT&T, located at 186 Merrick Rd., police said. A window on the front door to the store had been broken, cops discovered.
Investigators found that five men had come into the store and taken 10-15 cellphones before fleeing in an unknown direction, police said.

The group were wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts, dark colored pants, and gloves, cops said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
