A knife-wielding man disturbed commuters on the LIRR yesterday. Two weather watches are in place for Nassau County today. And a man hurt police officers during an arrest in Roosevelt.

2. WIPX 11 repots that a man was menacing commuters with a knife Monday morning at the Hicksville LIRR station. It happened before 6 a.m. (WPIX 11 New York)
3. Patch has the weather warnings for today's Nor'Easter. A flash flood watch is in effect from Monday night at 8 p.m. until Tuesday at 5 p.m. in Nassau and a wind advisory will last from 2 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday. (Patch)
