MERRICK, NY — A bank property has been sold in Merrick.

The building at 2111 Merrick Ave. has sold for $2.9 million, according to Long Island Business News.

It has been home to Roslyn Savings Bank, which leased the property, LIBN said.

The property is a 4,700-square-foot building on .25 acres.

According to the report, a Franklin Square-based real estate investor made the multi-million dollar purchase.
