- 1,190,881 people have received at least one vaccine dose, an increase of 1,173.
- 1,068,549 people is fully vaccinated, an increase of 863.
- 80.4% of the total population of 1,481,093 has received at least one dose.
- 92.9% of the population ages 18 and older has received at least one dose.
- 72.1% percent of the total population is fully vaccinated.
- 84.5% of the population ages 18 and older is fully vaccinated.
- 76.9% of the population ages 5 and older is fully vaccinated.
- 40.0% of fully vaccinated population have had a booster dose.

- Walk-in vaccination clinics are offering COVID vaccines to Suffolk County residents who are age 5 and older as well as booster doses to all who are eligible. Appointments are recommended. - 19 fatalities:
- 4,146 fatalities since March 2020
Hospitalization, Suffolk County, January 24, 2022
- 717 individuals were hospitalized, a decrease of 12 in 24 hours.
- 59 were new admissions.
- 104 patients were in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), a decrease of 14 in 24 hours.
- 71 patients were in the ICU and intubated.
- 56 were discharged since the last report.
- 21,678 have been discharged since March 22, 2020.
