- 1,192,392 people have received at least one vaccine dose, an increase of 1,511.
- 1,069,486 people is fully vaccinated, an increase of 937.
- 80.5% of the total population of 1,481,093 has received at least one dose.
- 93.0% of the population ages 18 and older has received at least one dose.
- 72.2% percent of the total population is fully vaccinated.
- 84.5% of the population ages 18 and older is fully vaccinated.
- 77.0% of the population ages 5 and older is fully vaccinated.
- 40.2% of fully vaccinated population have had a booster dose.

- Walk-in vaccination clinics are offering COVID vaccines to Suffolk County residents who are age 5 and older as well as booster doses to all who are eligible. Appointments are recommended. Hospitalization, Suffolk County, January 25, 2022
- 687 individuals were hospitalized, a decrease of 30 in 24 hours.
- 74 were new admissions.
- 96 patients were in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), a decrease of 8 in 24 hours.
- 63 patients were in the ICU and intubated.
- 89 were discharged since the last report.
- 21,767 have been discharged since March 22, 2020.
