WHAT: FEMA Disaster Recovery Workshop to assist homeowners, renters and businesses. This workshop is free.

Federal Emergency Management Agency representatives will answer questions regarding disaster assistance and the National Flood Insurance Program.

New York Sandy survivors have until March 29, 2013 to register with FEMA for federal disaster assistance. There are several ways to register:
o Online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov.
o Via smartphone or tablet, go to m.fema.gov or download the FEMA app.
o By phone, 800-621-3362 (Voice, 7-1-1/Relay) or (TTY) 800-462-7585.
o The toll-free telephone numbers operate 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST seven days a week until further notice.
