Jeffrey P. Konan, 21, with no known address, has been indicted for theft of approximately $1,000 of items from a Clarkstown home in mid June. District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said the defendant allegedly stole property valued in excess of $1,000 from a Clarkstown residence on either June 12 or June 13. He said Konan was found with the items in Spring Valley on June 13. A Rockland County Grand Jury indicted Konan on Wednesday for Grand Larceny 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree.
