Robert Marrero, 40, of Spring Valley, whose driver’s license had been suspended 10 times, was indicted on Friday by a Rockland County Grand Jury. He was indicted for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree.
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said Marrero was stopped by a Spring Valley police officer for vehicle and traffic violations on North Main Street on December 31, 2012. According to Zugibe, further investigation showed Marrero’s driver’s license had been suspended on 10 separate occasions.
