NEW YORK, NY — No matter what you're looking for this weekend, Manhattan has something to offer, such as Lunar New Year celebrations to historic hikes through Central Park and a massive Lego playground.

Free Days at the Whitney Museum of American Art

When: Friday, Feb. 16, from 7-10 p.m.
Where: Whitney Museum of American Art (99 Gansevoort St.).

What: Skip the bar this Friday night and head to the Whitney Museum of American Art instead. Museumgoers can choose to pay what they wish for entrance to the museum between 7-10 p.m. on Fridays. The West Village museum features more than 15,000 pieces, most of which were created in the 20th and 21st centuries.
Lego Live
When: Friday, Feb. 16 through Sunday, Feb. 18.
Where: Pier 36 (299 South St.).
What: This building block extravaganza brings millions of Lego bricks to cities around the world, and gives kids and adults a chance to build Lego universes with help from the experts. The most anticipated Lego brand coming to the expo will likely be Star Wars, with millions of themed blocks available shortly after the premiere of "The Last Jedi."
Lunar New Year Celebration
When: Saturday, Feb. 17 from 2-3:15 p.m.
Where: Brookfield Place (230 Vesey St.).
What: This family-friendly Lunar New Year celebration is hosted by the New York Chinese Cultural Center and Arts Brookfield. The celebration is free to attend and will feature traditional Lunar New Year festivities and performances such as the lion dance.

Where: LinkNYC kiosks throughout New York City
What: The Winter Games are being screened straight from PyeongChang, South Korea on LinkNYC kiosks throughout the city. The kiosks will include a special package of highlights from the games each morning, plus athlete profiles, medal count updates, and more. You can find all the details here.
Central Park Tour Seneca Village
When: Sunday, Feb. 18 from 2-3:30 p.m.
Where: West 85th Street and Central Park West
What: An area that is now Central Park was once home to a thriving African-American community called Seneca Village. Central Park Conservancy guides will lead a tour of the 19th-century community focused on the lives of Seneca Village residents. The tour will involve moderate inclines and a few stairs.
