Movie Nights at St. Paul’s Chapel

When: March 23 at 6:30 p.m.

Where: St. Paul’s Chapel (209 Broadway).

What: Take in a great sports movie at the historic St Paul's Chapel in Lower Manhattan. Movie nights at the chapel will feature six sports films this year — three during the spring and three during the fall. Friday, March 23 marks the beginning of the series with a screening of the Denzel Washington-starring 2000 film "Remember the Titans."

March For Our Lives

When: March 24 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Where: Rally begins at West 72nd Street between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West.

What: In the wake of a school shooting that killed 17 in Parkland, Florida, thousands of activists are expected to the flood the streets of New York City on Saturday to protest gun violence. The march will begin at Columbus Circle, head east along Central Park South and then down Sixth Avenue toward Midtown, where it will end on 44th Street. Read more here.


Macy's Flower Show

When: March 25-April 8

Where: Macy's Herald Square (151 W. 34th St.)

What: Ring in the coming of Spring with Macy's annual flower show at its Herald Square flagship store. Yes, this event could be described as "touristy," but it also could be described as "beautiful." So stop being a grouch and go see some flowers.


NYC Food Truck Fest 2018

When: March 25 from 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Where: Grand Bazaar NYC (100 W. 77th St.).

What: Fifteen of New York City's best food trucks will grace the Upper West Side's Grand Bazaar outdoor market on Sunday, March 25. Grab a bite and check out the more than 80 vendors that set up at the outdoor market each week. All the proceeds from Grand Bazaar are donated to local public schools.
