NYC Weekend Subway Service Changes For March 17-18

Heads up: The 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, A, B, C, D, F, J, M, N, Q and R trains won't be running normally this weekend.

NEW YORK, NY — Here's how the Metropolitan Transportation Authority will likely screw up your plans this weekend — from late Friday night, March 16, through early Tuesday morning, March 19 — in the name of "upgrading and maintaining our tracks, stations and signal systems in order to continue to provide our customers with safe and reliable service.

Getting around on the subway this weekend is going to be tough, as 17 train lines will be running with modified service.
