NEW YORK, NY — There's no denying that the people of New York Fashion Week dress better than the rest of us common schlubs. Even in a city like New York the locals can't compete with the biggest names in high fashion.
But while the fashion world shows off its latest, most inventive designs over the next week one question comes to mind — who actually wears this stuff? High fashion looks glamorous on the runway, but good luck wearing it onto the subway.
