Cops Seek Man Wanted in N. New Hyde Park Grand Larceny
The incident occurred in September, police say.

Nassau Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a person they say is wanted in connection with a grand larceny that occurred in North New Hyde Park in September.
Police say that on Sept. 24 at approximately 6:20 P.M., a man at the LA Fitness at 1111 Marcus Avenue in North New Hyde Park was playing basketball and left his bag containing his Samsung Galaxy S4 cellphone, credit cards, and assorted personal items valued at approximately $680 in his bag on the side of court.
After the game, the man noticed that his property was stolen, police say.

Video surveillance captured the image of a man making unauthorized purchases with the victim’s credit cards at several locations. Each time, the man fled the scene in an unknown direction, police say.
