Half Of Units In One Clinton Park Luxury Tower Are Already Leased
New Rochelle's newest residential building has reached the milestone after opening its doors earlier this year.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — If you have plans to move on up to a deluxe apartment in the sky, then you had better hurry, because units are going fast at New Rochelle's newest luxury tower.
RXR, the master developer of Downtown New Rochelle, announced that its second rental building in the city, One Clinton Park, has reached the milestone of 50 percent of the apartments leased. The luxury tower first opened its doors earlier this year.
The developers said the fast pace of leasing is a testament to the strong demand for luxury residential living done right in Westchester County, specifically in New Rochelle.

"We couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve created here at One Clinton Park," RXR Chief Operating Officer for Construction & Development Joanne Minieri said. "With its stunning views of the Long Island Sound, best-in-class amenities and design and ease of access to New York City, we aren’t surprised to see just how fast these homes have been leased by people looking for the perfect place to call home in New Rochelle."
Designed by PS&S and MdeAS Architects, One Clinton Park redefines the New Rochelle skyline. The 28-story tower includes 352 residences, from studios to 3-bedroom apartments and features floor-to-ceiling windows, a fitness center, co-working space, an outdoor courtyard, a children’s playroom, and even a pet spa.

One Clinton Park’s rapid leasing follows a similar success at RXR’s first development in Downtown New Rochelle, 360 Huguenot. The 28-story apartment building featuring 280 units opened in 2019. Both residential towers will soon be joined by the third from RXR in New Rochelle, neighboring Two Clinton Park, which is on track to celebrate its "topping out" by early 2023, and will feature a similar number of units as its sister tower.
The changing skyline in New Rochelle has been responsible for a few big changes at ground level as well.
This spring, RXR partnered with the Westchester Community Foundation on a $500,000 Youth Programming Grant initiative to fund several New Rochelle and Westchester-based organizations supporting young people. The grant recipients include Lifting Up Westchester, New Rochelle Boys & Girls Club, and the United Community Center of Westchester.
Earlier this year, the City of New Rochelle and RXR held a social media competition to award an entrepreneur in the creative industry a free year of rent within One Clinton Park. The winner of the competition, New Rochelle artist Mona Balgobin, just moved in and will live rent-free in the building through November 2023.
