Kevin Jordan and Hannah Kepler could not wait to move into their new two-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor of Stella. “We recently got married in July. We moved in two days after our wedding. It was a little crazy, but it all worked out,” Kevin said, noting that they had their honeymoon in October. The couple, who moved from Manhattan’s Upper East Side, said the amenities at Stella were a factor in their decision. “We are very impressed with the high quality of the amenities, especially the well-equipped fitness center,” said Kevin. “We have beautiful views of the Long Island Sound. In the morning I’m sipping my coffee and staring at the water. It’s really beautiful,” he said, noting that being just a five-minute walk to the Metro-North station is ideal for his commute to work in Manhattan.

Easy access to the Metro-North station plus the amenities were factors for Kerry and William Holmes who moved from New York City to a one-bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor of Stella in July. “We really wanted to get out of the city. We have been looking for the past year. We looked in Brooklyn but we wanted something more convenient to our jobs. So, we ended up looking in New Rochelle because it wasn’t too far from the city,” said Kerry. She adds, “Stella offers immense value for the price point and we couldn’t refuse! We truly feel like we got everything we wanted in our new home.” “The amenities here are amazing. We especially like the pool. During the summer we would go there on weekends and meet our lovely neighbors,” she said, noting that there is a real sense of community among the residents at Stella.
