NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Just as cream rises to the top, the city's most elite rental properties can now be found in just one place — albeit at different points in the skyline.

RXR, the master developer of downtown New Rochelle, announced on Monday that it has partnered with Douglas Elliman to lease the "Penthouse Collection" within two sister luxury residential towers, One and Two Clinton Park. The new high-rise development in downtown New Rochelle already has a reputation as an enviable address, but Elliman will be the exclusive agent representing the most coveted residential units.

"Douglas Elliman has represented various residents leasing in the building, opening the interest up to a surging customer base of 'renters-by-choice' — residents selling larger homes in Westchester and Fairfield counties, or migrating from prime Manhattan and Brooklyn locations — who are seeking hassle-free, more efficient living, with the added benefit of best-in-class, luxury services and environments," RXR's Whitney Arcaro explained. "That customer understanding together with our successful track record with Elliman in other markets makes them the ideal team to handle our most prestigious units."

"The penthouses at One and Two Clinton Park represent the pinnacle of luxury living in Downtown New Rochelle," Douglas Elliman Real Estate's Stacey Oestreich said. "Douglas Elliman and RXR have had a long, successful relationship and we expect more of the same here. The renter profile in New Rochelle has shifted and we are confident in our ability to both understand this new renter psychology as well as how to connect them with their dream home."

Designed by PS&S and MdeAS Architects, One Clinton Park, which opened in 2022 at 55 Clinton Place, offers seven different penthouse layouts with rents ranging from $2,800 to $7,000 monthly. The apartments all boast floor-to-ceiling windows, smart home features and in-unit washer-dryers.

Two Clinton Park, currently under construction and set to open in the summer of 2024 at 28 South Division Street, offers six distinct penthouse floor plans with rents ranging from $2,800 to $8,500. These penthouses feature unencumbered views of the Long Island Sound and surrounding skyline. Two Clinton Park amenities include a children’s playroom, a pet spa, a game room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, a sauna and a dog run. Also a 28-story tower, Two Clinton Park, designed by Lessard Design, includes 390 rental apartments and more than 7,500 square feet of retail space.

"After years of thoughtful development and sizable investments within Downtown New Rochelle, we are incredibly proud to announce the Penthouse Collection within both Clinton Park residential towers," RXR's Joseph Graziose, Jr. said. "Where a micro-neighborhood has been created thanks to the synergies between the two communities."
