WHAT: We will begin this celebration by reflecting on the year and setting intentions for the year to come. then, grounding ourselves with a pranayama practice followed by some sun salutations to honor the sun.
Moving on to a yin style yoga practice to welcome in the yin season (winter). This practice will be designed to support the Solar Plexus Chakra and focus on areas of the body associated with the Solstice, the hips. We will end practice with a sound bath, using crystal bowls and chimes during a long savasana to continue to support the Solar Plexus Chakra.
