He dedicates so much time and effort to encourage all of his students. He holds them to a high standard and bolsters them to find success. He is a teacher all day, not just 9 to 3. He spends evenings assessing kids’ work and crafting lessons to help them enjoy learning and grow.

He cares so much about helping each child have success — and he truly believes in them.
