Man Charged With Forcible Touching After Grabbing 2 Women In Mattituck CVS: Police

MATTITUCK, NY — A man was arrested after he grabbed the buttocks of two female shoppers inside the Mattituck CVS Tuesday night, police said.

According to Southold Town police, the incident took place at 9 p.m.; the shoppers were approached from behind by Noe Pacheco, 39, who is without a known address, authorities said. He forcibly grabbed their buttocks and left the store, police said.

Pacheco was located by police and arrested in the Mattituck Shopping Plaza parking lot; he was charged with two counts of forcible touching; police said.

He was additionally charged with trespassing, as he had previously been advised to stay off the Plaza property, police said.

Pacheco was arrested and transported to Southold Town police headquarters, processed, and held for arraignment, police said.
