30% fewer homes sold in Putnam in Q1

Median sale price for single-family homes went down 5% but condos shot up 21%.

Putnam County single-family homes sold for an average of $491,037, down 7.1% from the same quarter last year. Median sale price for this type of home was $450,000, down 5.3%.

Condos saw an interesting first quarter with average sale price at $330,496, up 8.6% from the same quarter last year while median sale price only saw a 20.8% change climbing to $320,000.
