Application deadline: Friday May 4~ all registrations must be in by 5pm

Friday May 4   8pm: A mandatory Fishermen and Captain’s meeting will be held at Cornetta’s Seafood Restaurant and Marina

Rules and Regulations………………

• ·        ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL COAST GUARD LAWS AND RULES. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT LAWS AND NY STATE DEC LAWS.
• ·       The tournament will be open to everybody except Cornetta`s and Tournament Staff.

• ·       All prizes will be awarded at the awards ceremony in Cornetta’s Restaurant on Sunday  at 5 pm

• ·       No fish will be eligible if submitted after 4 pm on Sunday

• ·       No Treble hooks may be used with live bait.

• ·       Applicants may fish from the shoreline or boat.

• ·       All fishermen on a boat must be registered and entered into the tournament.  In order to win, you must be registered.

• ·       The largest fish will be determined by weight at the official weigh in station. Combine weight of two day’s total will be declared winner. In the case of a tie, the first fish presented is the winner!!

• ·       Only one fish may be entered per registrant Per Day.

• ·       The weigh in slip MUST be presented at the awards ceremony to collect your prize

• ·       A one pound bonus will be awarded for each fish weighed at official weigh in station and released live.

• ·       Any angler under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian permission form.

• ·       The official weigh in station is located at Cornetta’s Seafood Restaurant.  Look for the signs you can’t miss it.

• ·       Weigh in times are between 9am -5pm on Saturday and  9am – 4 pm on Sunday

• ·       Any fish that is frozen, gaffed, foul hooked, snagged or caught in an unsporting manner as per Cornetta’s Committee will be disqualified.

• ·       The decision of the Cornetta’s Committee is final.

Please keep in mind….

1.   One car per boat parking will be available at Cornetta’s Marina.

2.   Boat trailer parking is prohibited in the Cornetta’s Parking lot for the duration of the tournament.

3.   Please call Cornetta’s in advance from your cell phone (845-359-9852 or 845-359-0410) when coming in for a weigh in.

4.   Restrooms and showers are available

5.   Beer, Soda, and bags of ice will be available for sale. 

6.   Sandwiches will be available for sale also, please call your order in advance

7.   Tournament will be monitored by cell phone and channel 68

8.   Bring your own bait. Bait will be available for sale

This tournament will be held rain or shine.  It will be your responsibility or the responsibility of your captain to determine if weather and sea conditions are suitable for fishing.

May we please request that you catch, weigh, and release.  Remember the one pound bonus for the live release of your entry.

Cornetta’s Seafood restaurant and marina, its owners, employees, members, and officials assume no responsibility or liability for any/all boats entered or individuals participating in the tournament.  All applicants release and discharge the owners of Cornetta’s Seafood restaurant and marina, its employees, members, participants, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or resulting from any incident as a result of having participated in this fishing tournament.
