Blauvelt Man Accused of DWI on Route 59
He's stopped by Rockland County Sheriff's officer for driving erratically in West Nyack.

A Blauvelt man who was spotted driving erratically on Route 59 in West Nyack is charged with drunken driving and marijuana possession, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.
Kevin Finch, 27, was stopped by a Sheriff's officer at 3:40 a.m. Monday. Police said that Finch appeared intoxicated when he was questioned and he was then charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Police said Finch was taken to the Sheriff's Headquarters in New City and he was additionally charged with aggravated DWI for having more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system. He was also cited for unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Finch was released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court on Nov. 5.
