Friday the 13th indeed proved to be an unlucky day for one Orangeburg man. Late last week, the 19-year-old man was arrested on foot on the Piermont stretch of 9W after neighbors reported a suspicious person. Piermont police responded to the call and, after detecting a strong odor of marijuana, arrested the man. He has been charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
