Median sale price of Rockland condos see 17% hike in Q1
Average sale prices went up 11% for condos in the county.
Of the 335 single-family homes that sold in Q1 this year in Rockland County, the average sale price was $677,731, up 3.25% from the same quarter last year. Meanwhile median sale price was $625,000, up 4.2%.
On the other hand, condos saw an average sale price of $401,109, up 11.3% from the same quarter last year while median sale price was $339,000, up 17.2%. Check out the photos for a look at Rockland County housing stats over a 4-year period.
